Your business model in three sentences

CENDAS customers are technical building suppliers. After a pilot project with CENDAS, the software is rolled out to the entire company. The close collaboration with the customers during this process allows the continuous improvement of the solution.

What problem do you solve?

The construction industry is one of the least digitized industries. Old-fashioned solutions and procedures mean that no one knows the correct status of the construction site or what still needs to be done. This lack of transparency means that construction projects often take longer than scheduled and are more expensive than planned. Information regarding changes in plans or construction often does not reach everyone, making revision processes very complex. In addition, most construction sites still work with paper plans, which increases the loss of information due to torn, stained or lost plans. As a result, time and money are lost and important resources are wasted.

What's your digital solution?

CENDAS has developed software for technical building suppliers that automatically creates digital task checklists from construction plans. These digital checklists are edited by the fitters via tablets directly on the construction site and enable site managers and management to gain insights into the construction project from anywhere and in real time. In this way, we create transparent project controlling, active construction diaries, foolproof revisions and fast measurements.

Why should we award you for your digital business model?

This solution is important for the construction industry because it helps increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve sustainability. It also enhances collaboration between different stakeholders involved in the construction process, such as architects, engineers, and owners. In addition, the solution provides support in many work steps, thus counteracting the shortage of skilled workers. Not in the sense that jobs are lost, but that stress is reduced for everyone involved.
