These requirements are seamlessly integrated into the planners’ software via plugins. What makes LastBIM unique is our direct integration into BIM modeling softwares like Autodesk Revit. Our plugin transfers the requirements directly into the software, guiding planners through the process and providing real-time quality checks.

With this solution we address companies that are involved in the planning of construction or infrastructure projects and therefore use the methodology BIM. These include mainly general planning offices and architectural firms.
The primary users are BIM managers, who are responsible for defining the requirements and the BIM workflows in the projects, and BIM modelers and BIM coordinators who are responsible for delivering the models in the required quality.

We have a software-as-a-service business model. Our customers pay per user on a monthly/yearly basis. We offer 3 different modules that can be combined depending on the customer’s needs.
